Mobile Plant Engineer / Fitter

Servicing, repairing and maintaining construction, plant and commercial equipment. Must have knowledge and experience of 12/24v electrical systems, maintaining, servicing and repairing general hydraulic systems and diesel engines. Experience in the construction or concrete industry preferred but not essential. Based out of our new Bicester depot this is a mobile role to attend customer sites for service, repair and commissioning works, therefore a full/clean UK drivers licence required. Must be a team player, be able to work alone with own initiative and have excellent customer interaction skills. 

Salary: Negotiable dependant on experience. 

Final package negotiable with option to take a company van with business fuel for small salary sacrifice.

Company pension scheme.

20 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays.

Account Manager – Parts, Service & Accessories

An exciting position with the UK's leading supplier of concrete equipment. The role encompasses several key aspects 1) Sales of Accessories, 2) Account Management, 3) Service and Hire Desk. In this varied role you will have the opportunity to visit key clients and suppliers, participate in exhibitions, and take responsibility for your earnings through a generous base salary and commission-based package. Based at our new Bicester depot, the candidate must have a ‘can do’ attitude, be customer focussed and driven to meet targets – you will form a key link between sales and aftersales. Previous experience of working within a similar industry preferred. Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Package negotiable dependant on experience.

- Manage a portfolio of client accounts to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions
- Utilize our CRM system to track and analyze sales data
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of products or services
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role within the construction industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify client needs and propose solutions
- Proficiency in using Sage CRM system or similar 
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously

General labourer required for immediate start. A varied role with opportunities to further skill set, manual labour both in our workshops and yard. Full PPE provided. Must be a team player but also able to work alone with own initiative. Local applicants preferred. Salary negotiable.  Overtime possible.  

Hours: 07:00 to 16:30 Monday to Friday.
